The Brook Square Surgery Patient Participation Group (PPG) is made up of volunteer patients, carers and practice staff who work together to help improve services and patient experience.
The group meets quarterly to discuss practice developments, patient feedback, health promotion initiatives and opportunities to improve access and communication. New members are always welcome and we encourage applications from all sections of our patient population.
Join our PPG
All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.

Members agree to:
- Respect patient confidentiality at all times.
- Treat fellow members and staff with courtesy and respect.
- Work collaboratively to improve services for all patients.
- Respect differing opinions and viewpoints.
- Raise concerns constructively.
- Follow the Practice complaints procedure for individual complaints.
- Act in the best interests of the wider patient population.

- Works with the practice to identify opportunities for improvement.
