Brook Square Surgery aims to provide a comprehensive, personal and professional service within an accessible, modern and comfortable environment at all times.
Our Practice ethos is to provide a high quality service to patients through teamwork in a calm and safe environment.
History of the Practice
Brook Square Surgery was created on the 29th of May 2014. Trafalgar Medical Practice based at Albemarle Surgery (a Victorian terrace house) and Norwood House Surgery, a practice located in a Victorian house joined together and relocated to ‘Trafalgar House’ where the modern premises created a more comprehensive healthcare solution for the local community.
The Practice could not achieve this without the participation and support of our Practice Nurses, our reception and administration teams, District Nurses, Health Visitor and Midwives.
The patients on our list are cared for by a team of nine GPs who are supported by team of staff including Advanced Care Practitioners, Nurses, Nurse Associates, Health Care Assistants our Practice Support and Data Quality Teams.
Working alongside the Brook Square Team, but employed by local NHS trusts are the District Nurses, Health Visitors, Midwives, First Contact Mental Health workers and child and adolescent mental health care worker and psychologist.
