Patient Participation Group registration

A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients who work with their local GP practice to improve healthcare services. They act as a bridge between the practice and patients, providing feedback, offering suggestions, and helping to shape the services offered. PPGs can play a vital role in ensuring that healthcare services meet the needs of the local community. 

Use this service to join our Patient Participation Group to receive newsletters and invitations to contribute to the group.

  • are registered at the surgery

  • if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of
