Clinical Commissioning Group
NHS North Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is responsible for buying health services for more than 425,000 people who are registered with one of 51 GP practices in the area. Those services include medicines, hospital operations, emergency care, mental health care and some community services.
They “buy” services from a range of “providers” like hospitals, ambulance services and mental health trusts. They work with a range of other partners, including local councils and health providers.
