How Do I Make An Appointment?

blue_calendarYou can make an appointment with the Doctor or Nurse by phoning the surgery or by calling in person when the reception is open

You have a right to express a preference of practitioner and we will do our best to give you an appointment with the Doctor of your choice.  Should your preferred Doctor not have a free appointment you will be offered an appointment with one of the other GPs in the practice.

If you no longer need your appointment please let us know, so we can make this appointment available for another patient.

Please remember that appointments are for ONE person only. If you have more than one issue you wish to discuss or feel your consultation may be lengthy, please ask the Receptionist for a DOUBLE APPOINTMENT when you book.

Please do not use the Surgery email address to request an appointment. Although this address is checked regularly, it is not an appropriate way to book an appointment or order a prescription.
