Receptionists, as part of our Practice Support Team, provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or enquiry. Receptionists are available to make appointments for patients with the GPs and Nursing Team (plus patients may make GP appointments direct via the online facility - please ask a Receptionist for your secure password). They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with patient records and and practice audits inline with Care Quality Commission standards.
