Well Done Prue!! Apprentice of the Year Award

We are very pleased to announce that one of our HCA's, Prue, has received the Advanced Clinical Primary Care Apprentice of the Year Award. Prue has worked extremely hard to achieve this award and we are very proud to have her at Brook Square.

Prue says ‘I would like to thank Brook Square for providing me with the opportunity to do the apprenticeship and for all of the support I have had whilst I have been working here. I would also like thank the Clinical Manager for nominating me. I look forward to progressing further’.

Please visit our Practice Vacancies page for details of our career opportunities

Please can we ask that all of our patients check that we have their contact information and most up to date mobile number. To speak to a receptionist please phone 01723 360098 selecting option 1.

Named GP

The practice now operates a policy whereby all patients registered with us are allocated a named GP who has overall responsibility for your care.

This does not mean you have to see this doctor for all of your appointments. You may see whichever doctor you choose for your appointments.

The doctor who is allocated as your named GP will:

  • Work with other health professionals who are involved in your care to make sure your individual health needs are met.
  • Ensure that your physical and pyschological needs are identified and responded to.
  • Liaise with practice members in the surgery as to your up to date health and social care needs.
