Online Services

You can now book and cancel doctor's appointments, access your Summary Care Record, access detailed information from your medical records and request your repeat prescriptions on-line. (Please click on the link on the home page to access online appointments)  If you would like to use these services please drop into Reception with a form of photo ID.

We offer a selection of appointments with each doctor, bookable via Systm-Online on the internet. If you would like to use this service please contact a receptionist who will be pleased to register your details.

Your personal account details will be sent to you in the mail and you will need these to access this service. Please click on the link marked Systm-Online and follow the on-line instructions. As soon as you have registered, you will be able to book and cancel GP appointments, as well as view any appointments booked and order repeat prescriptions. You can request items from your list of repeat medications through System-Online. However, please note that this service does not allow you to ask for new medication, or items that may have been prescribed to you in the past but are no longer on the repeat list.

Systm-Online also provides links to information about the repeat medication you have been prescribed.

When making a request, we would be grateful if you would include any relevant information within the 'free text' box provided in the on-line form. For instance, you may want to tell us that you need a prescription earlier than usual

This service only enables you to book doctors appointments. Nurses appointments cannot be booked online.

Please click on the link below to go to the Systm- Online log in page.

Young Adults

We recommend that young adults register independently for our on-line services. This will secure your confidentiality not only now but also in the future. If you have been registered by a parent in the past when you turn 11 years of age this access will be disabled and you will be to request on-line access when you turn 16 years of age. Patients under the age of 18 years of age are unable to access their Summary Care Record online.
