History of the Practice

Brook Square Surgery was created on the 29th of May 2014 from two local Surgeries- Trafalgar Medical Practice and Norwood House Surgery.

Brook Square Surgery aims to provide a comprehensive, personal and professional service within an accessible, modern and comfortable environment at all times

The Practice could not achieve this without the participation and support or our Practice Nurses, our Reception and Administration Teams, District Nurses, Health Visitor and Midwife.

The patients on our list are cared for by a team of nine doctors who are supported by team of staff. Working alongside the Brook Square Team , but employed by Local NHS Trusts are the District Nurses, Health Visitor, Midwife, Mental Health Care Worker and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care Worker and Psychologist.

We have excellent facilities for the disabled and parents with children in prams. The majority of clinical consulting rooms are located on the ground floor with disabled toilet facilities nearby. A lift is available for patients requiring access to the counselling rooms and additional clinical areas on the first floor
